Work on contemporary digital surround-sound and multi-channel gear can be done to the extent that it can be serviced by a “standard” audio repair shop. If your equipment is such that I can not repair it properly or cost-effectively because unusually specialized tools or technologies are required-- you will be so advised and the equipment returned either without charge or for a minimum diagnostic fee only.

You may drop off equipment for repair at a partnering audio specialist dealership. If you have transportation problems or other practical difficulties with bringing the gear in, the dealer staff or myself can always arrange for pickup at your home. The dealers may also be able to offer a rental or loaner service if you would like to keep your system running while repairs are performed.

Service labor rates and deposit amounts are set by the particular dealer-- please consult with their staff as necessary. In most all cases, there will be a minimum diagnostic charge to place the unit on the bench and determine the repair requirements. While normally you will contact the dealer for the current repair status, I am always available by phone or e-mail to answer specific questions that may arise about your repairs.

Live a bit too far from Southeastern PA to drive? Please contact either myself or the dealer associates for detailed instructions on how to ship your equipment to them so that it arrives safely.
